These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of sacredtheta.com (the "Site") and the content on it, provided by Sacred Theta LLC ("ST," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Not therapy or medical care

Sacred Theta offers guided journeys, hypnosis, energy work and related practices for personal growth and spiritual exploration. Nothing on the Site or in our services is psychotherapy, counseling, medical care or legal or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and our services are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or need professional care, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services. Audio and guided meditations should never be used while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

3. No guarantees

Everyone's experience is different. We make no promise or guarantee of any particular result. Testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of individuals who shared them with permission and do not predict your own experience.

4. Applications and services

Some services are offered by application and subject to acceptance, availability and a separate written agreement or booking terms. Prices are shown on each offer. All sales are final: all sessions, circles and courses are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as you can, and we will do our best to accommodate you where we reasonably can. Rescheduling is at our discretion and does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, photographs, audio, video, graphics, logos and the names "Sacred Theta" and "Carry & Clear," is owned by Sacred Theta LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and download materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, record, adapt or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6. Your conduct

Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
