This calling steered me towards the realms of yoga and Eastern traditions, initiating my exploration into something far greater than myself. My path to spiritual enlightenment was furthered at Zura Health, where I completed a comprehensive 12-month program, emerging as a certified Health and Wellness Coach with a specialization in behavioral health and nutrition.

My spiritual journey is marked by a year-long certification in Energy Healing and Reiki, which profoundly expanded my understanding of the intricate connections among mind, body, and spirit. Complementing this, I underwent extensive Shamanic training. This included receiving the Munay Ki Rites and Bands of Power, and a year of intensive training in Energy Medicine, focusing on the Peruvian Medicine Wheel, coupled with in-depth training from the Four Winds. A transformative four-day nature solo with The Power Path School deepened my bond with the natural world, teaching me the value of stillness and the wisdom that silence holds.

My commitment to understanding consciousness and life's interconnectedness has led me to Shamanic journeying and hypnosis.
